Phenomenal new owners! Property is very clean as well kept. The cafe is great! Everyone in the park is friendly and courteous. Definite 10 out of 10!

During my stay so the grounds are kept and beautiful. John and Camy our host here are so great always checking on us if we are outside they come by and actually get to know us and allow us to get to know them as well. I love the on-site café and the wash room fo clothes is air conditioned and always very clean. Love it n here

Well maintained RV park, also has a cafertaria onsite.

Stay was great but I recommend offering toiletries and linens for the house.

This place is quiet and all the residents are Friendly

I had a chance to be out at the Chili Cookout at the Coleto RV Resort. I honestly can say that if was a nice get away for me and my husband. Even though it rained we were helped at the café Front Office Manager was great! Nice, clean areas and just peaceful. I will definitely go back and let people know to visit when in the area.

The owners were very professional, helpful and attentive. We had one small issue near the entrance to our cabin, and were thankful that they were quick to remedy the problem. The cabins are clean and well kept. The showers in a separate facility on site were very clean. We will be returning customers.

This place was excellent for our short stay. It was quiet and serene. Dog park area is big for those big dogs to run around in. Everyone was so friendly, loved the staff.
